They’re now hiring a Business Operations leaders to work directly with the founders and help scale the company from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the right hand to the CEO, owning critical projects across operations, marketing, and recruiting.
• Stand up new business functions, including onboarding and managing external vendors (e.g., marketing agencies).
• Support hiring efforts: source, screen, and coordinate candidates across key roles.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and structure large datasets.
• Launch outbound and content marketing campaigns, and produce collateral (slides, briefs, templates).
• Manage logistics for high-profile conferences and events.
• Design and iterate on internal ops systems and automation tools.

You will need to have

• Experience with healthcare data, patient access, or health tech, with a strong understanding of the the unique challenges and regulatory landscape.
• Startup scaling experience, building processes from scratch at high-growth companies, comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
• Strong data skills and execution skills, with the ability to create frameworks to measure performance and optimize business outcomes.
• A delivery focused mindset, putting the strategy into action.

This will have been gained

• Proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Outstanding written communication and structured thinking.
• Strong market research, data analysis, and spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Comfort with light scripting or automation tasks (e.g., Python, Excel macros, web scraping).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or slide design software.
