RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee and manage a variety of programs, including but not limited to AMPP prerequisite forms, ethics applications, and the verification processing of new applications and renewals as needed
· Assist with managing the Certification inbox, including email groups for Ethics Questions, Certification Review, Certification Renewal and Certification Support
· Prepare, scan and archive documents as required by retention policies, including but not limited to, assurance of a complete and quality image for documents scanned, confirmation of proper storage to archive/network server using prescribed location and naming conventions, and organize, package and coordinate shipment of documents to the warehouse for physical storage, and maintain a manifest of documents sent for storage, on an as needed basis
· Assist with processing of non-CBT examinations and distribution of grade notification to candidate
· Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into computer systems
· Regularly monitor and update tracking reports related to verification processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness in updating reports for peer reviewers.
