Role Description

This is a full-time on-site or virtual role for a Video Editor with a focus on real estate at eXp Realty Luxury, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Video Editor will be responsible for video production, video editing, video color grading, and creating motion graphics. This role involves collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality video content highlighting luxury real estate properties, creating visuals that effectively convey the desired messages, and ensuring a consistent brand aesthetic.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Video Production and Video Editing
• Skilled in Video Color Grading
• Experience with creating Motion Graphics
• Graphic design skills, including proficiency in relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, NM
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Experience in real estate or luxury markets is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate listing videos, property tours, lifestyle features, and agent attraction content.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, and stories optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Add captions, overlays, transitions, and brand elements consistently.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content aligned with brand voice and strategy.
• Meet quick turnaround deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

Requirements:

• Proven video editing experience (portfolio required).
• Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and social-first video trends.
• Experience with real estate or lifestyle content a plus.
• Ability to handle feedback and deliver polished revisions quickly.
