We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area. **Position Details:** + **Location:** BayCare Urgent Care MLK - Tampa + **Status:** Full Time (EXEMPT) + **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM + **Days:** Monday - Friday The **Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor** is a full-time position. **Responsibilities** + Oversee the utilization management and daily business operations of their assigned clinics. + Demonstrates a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the clinics. + Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the clinics. + Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific clinics. + Responsible for utilization management, clinical support management, quality improvement, client relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving. + Acts as liaison to senior management. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Why BayCare?** Our network consists of 16 community-based hospitals, a long-term acute care facility, home health services, outpatient centers and thousands of physicians. We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve. **Certifications and Licensures** + Preferred - CMA (Medical Assistant); Or - ARRT (Radiologic Technologists); Or - BMO (Basic Machine Operator); Or - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) **Education** + Required - associate's degree plus 2 years of medical office experience + Required - Or eligible certification (CMA, BMO, LPN, ARRT) with 2 years' medical office experience. **Experience** + Required - 1 year Lead Role in a related field.
