Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic / Ambulatory
Location: Bronx, NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Travel Rate: $2,516 – $2,722/week
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Ambulatory Surgery Department in the Bronx, NY. This role supports pre- and post-operative patient care in a dynamic outpatient clinical environment.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care during pre- and post-surgical phases.
Support physicians and surgical teams during procedures.
Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor recovery.
Accurately document all care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy as required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical or clinic-based setting.
Strong competency in IV insertion and phlebotomy.
Previous ambulatory or outpatient surgery experience.
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) required.
License: Active, valid New York State RN License.
Certifications: AHA BLS required.
