Job Description

Training Specialist (Contract)

Location: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days/week)

Schedule: Standard business hours

Experience: 1–5 years

We are looking for a Training Specialist to support the delivery and development of training programs across the organization. This role works closely with Instructional Designers and business teams to deliver training, review and test learning materials, and support ongoing learning initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions.
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials, job aids, and lesson plans.
  • Review and test eLearning modules and activities for accuracy and functionality.
  • Collect participant feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct basic needs assessments and support training coordination tasks.
  • Provide general support to business units for training-related needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1–5 years in Training, L&D, or Instructional Design.
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience with LMS or eLearning tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Banking/mortgage experience is helpful but not required.

Candidates assigned to mortgage-related training may need to complete NMLS registration and background screening.
