TEMP ONLY POSITION - LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL FOR 3 TO 4 MONTHS
PAY: $24-$27/HOUR
HOURS: M-F, 8AM TO 5PM
PRIOR EXPERIENCE UTILZING CBIZ ATS PREFERRED.
MUST HAVE PRIOR HEALTHCARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use various methods to find suitable candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the position(s).
Handle all aspects of the hiring process, from initial screening to offer and onboarding.
Conduct interviews, either in person or virtually, to assess candidates' skills, experience.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.
