In this role, you will be a key member of the Field Engineering team, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from advanced security automation solutions. You will work remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside highly technical peers across multiple time zones. Your focus will include providing technical support, delivering world-class customer experiences, and contributing to solution adoption and improvement. You will influence product features based on customer needs, stay up-to-date with cybersecurity and automation trends, and represent the team at industry events. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and continuous learning, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on enterprise security operations.

Accountabilities:

• Engage with customers to support successful adoption and use of automation solutions
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at events, conferences, and in customer interactions
• Influence product roadmap and features by providing feedback from customer experiences
• Keep up with industry trends in cybersecurity, security automation, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize solutions and share best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, operations, cloud services, or professional services
• Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API knowledge
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and training experiences
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated “can do” attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and grow
