Senior SRE Engineer - Pleasanton, 5 days office
Duration: long term
Primary work : 24x7 On-call support and setting up monitoring dashboards; working with DevOps team on setup - launch readiness and post launch activities – Limited market release and Full Mark release in US/ Outside US
Need candidates with Excellent Communication skills. Only without past SRE experience and not just devops
Mandatory skills:
· Hands- on experience in working with Azure Cloud and Azure Cloud Resources.
· Total 12years of cloud migration experience preferably on-prem to cloud, hands on experience with cloud technologies like compute, networking, storage, deep understanding of system knowledge especially debugging applications, operating systems, databases.
· Recently have been on call for support for production troubleshooting and incident management. (2 years)
· Familiarity, certified and hands on experience with Kubernetes, helm, terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, datadog, Jenkins, ArgoCD, devops pipelines. (> 2 years)
· Some scripting skills to support devops team automation. Performance tuning skills around Java applications and databases. (> 2 years)
· Configuration management skills to read documentation and implement the technology stack. For example, installing Grafana or Kubernetes etc. (> 1 year)
· Good communication, collaboration and documentation skills to build runbooks. (<5 years)
· JIRA exposure is a must
· Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
· Experience in Health Care industry and medical domain experience
