Overview:
A multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking a Senior Engineer or Project Manager to support its parking-focused team. This role involves leading design and restoration projects for parking structures and mixed-use buildings, with responsibilities spanning project management, technical design, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design teams from concept through construction documentation for new and existing parking structures.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and client communications across multiple projects.
• Oversee construction administration and coordinate restoration efforts, including structural assessments and repair design.
• Prepare proposals, define scopes of work, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural or engineering consulting (preferred).
• Proven leadership in managing design teams and engineering projects.
• Familiarity with parking structures is beneficial but not required.
• Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
