As a Trainer, you will design and deliver security training programs to support Inter-Con operations. Responsibilities include leading classroom and practical sessions, also very important on field exercises, developing training materials, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You may also conduct research, provide recommendations on security practices, develop new training programs or improve these ones, and assist with curriculum updates in alignment with evolving contract and legal standards.
