Job Description

We’re hiring Seasonal Train Staff (Conductors & Engineers) to join the Silverton Christmas Market! This festive event runs from November 21 – December 31 and features over 1.5 million lights, vendors, food, and holiday fun. ✨

Available Roles:

• Train Conductor (Staff) – Assist guests on and off the train, help with boarding, answer questions, and ensure a safe and fun ride experience.
• Train Engineer (Driver) – Operate the train safely throughout the event. ( Valid driver’s license and background check required ).

Job Highlights:

• Provide excellent customer service and interact with guests of all ages
• Assist with guest safety and train operations
• Ensure trains run smoothly and stay on schedule
• Create a magical holiday experience for every rider

Requirements:

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in cold/rainy weather
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends (no holiday shifts required)
• Engineer role requires a valid driver’s license and a background check

Wages depend on position and experience.
