Revenue Manager - Real Estate

📍 Skokie, IL (Hybrid) | 💰 $85,000 – $105,000 Base Salary

A growing real estate management company is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its corporate finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role is responsible for maximizing rental revenue, occupancy, and collections across a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, real estate experience, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize rent, occupancy, and collection performance
  • Oversee lease administration, renewals, and rent increase notices
  • Conduct market analysis to support pricing and revenue decisions
  • Ensure compliance with lease documentation and regulatory requirements
  • Manage delinquency performance and provide solutions to property teams
  • Utilize systems (e.g., DocuSign, rent roll platforms) to track and audit charges
  • Partner with asset management and operations to achieve financial goals
  • Provide analysis, reports, and insights to leadership on revenue trends
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of direct reports
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s degree required)
  • 5–7+ years of experience in corporate real estate or property management finance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to work with complex datasets
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of leases across multiple states a plus
  • Proven leadership experience with direct reports
