Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care utilizing the full nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centered goals are met.
• Uphold clinical standards, system policies, and service excellence goals in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Participate in shared governance and professional practice model initiatives.
• Utilize technology effectively to support clinical care and documentation.
• Respond decisively and respectfully to emergencies and changing patient conditions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Current RN license (Georgia or eNLC Compact)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience in direct patient care, preferably in an acute care setting
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or eNLC Compact privilege.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
• Experience: Experience with direct patient care required. National certification in area of specialty is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and clinical technology.
• Strong analytical, evidence-based practice, and critical thinking skills.
