We're looking for a **Part-Time Accounting Virtual Assistant** with 2+ years of **US bookkeeping experience** and an **Accounting degree**.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Processing payroll entries.
* Recording and categorizing revenue from CRMs.
* Managing loan amortization schedules.
* Conducting monthly book reviews for accuracy.
* Assisting with AP, AR, and general ledger tasks.
**Must-have qualifications:**
* Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
* Proficiency in **QuickBooks Online** and **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, basic functions).
* Familiarity with payroll providers (ADP, Gusto, Paylocity).
* Excellent English communication skills.
Experience with Karbon, CRM software, or Bill.com is a plus!
