Timberlane, Inc., currently has an opening for the role of Production Associate in our shipping department.

This position will involve all aspects of the inspection, packaging and shipping of custom exterior shutters in both wood and synthetic materials.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Math skills
• Attention to detail

Skills & Experience Required :

• Focus on superior quality and craftsmanship
• Able to read and accurately comprehend written work orders and shop drawings
• Ability to work both individually and in team settings
• Ability to meet deadlines and daily production quotas
• Strong work ethic and motivated to succeed
• Quality focused; we are not making low cost/high volume widgets but furniture grade products with extremely high quality standards
• Experience working in a production environment
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment with high expectations
• Dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation to Montgomeryville, PA
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks regularly
• Ability to repetitively climb a step ladder
