We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee the transition and optimization of Amazon systems using AWS tools equivalent to Workday. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday functionalities, gap analysis, and the impact of migration on HR and Finance processes. They must possess strong product management experience, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with data conversions and system transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the analysis and implementation of AWS-based tools equivalent to Workday.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify missing functionalities and assess business impact.
• Evaluate Workday functionalities and determine what features will be lost or need replacement.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business needs.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and integrations.
• Manage data conversions, ensuring accurate migration from legacy systems to new platforms.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and expectation management.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption post-implementation, addressing any issues.
HR/Finance Knowledge Required:
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR and Finance processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Familiarity with how these processes integrate into enterprise systems like Workday is essential. Knowledge of best practices in HR/Finance technology, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards is also crucial for ensuring smooth system migrations and effective product management. Understanding the specific needs of HR and Finance teams will be key to prioritizing features and ensuring the system meets business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Prior experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise systems or HR/Finance tech.
• Strong understanding of Workday functionalities and HR/Finance processes.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and identifying alternative solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS tools and system migrations.
• Hands-on experience with data conversions and system transitions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with large-scale enterprise software migrations.
• Knowledge of Workday API integrations and data models.
• AWS certifications or relevant cloud experience is a plus.
