Job Description

We’re seeking a Product Designer with strong expertise in design systems to join our client’s team and contribute to the client's Design System.

Hybrid: (4 days/week onsite) Alpharetta, GA

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain reusable UI components within the UPS Design System.
• Contribute to guidelines, documentation, and governance for consistent cross-platform design.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design partners to ensure system adoption and scalability.
• Audit and refine existing patterns to improve accessibility, usability, and performance.
• Advocate for design system best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional product design experience, with a strong focus on design systems.
• Proven portfolio showcasing design system work and component design (required).
• Experience working within or for large, recognized companies, contributing to enterprise-level systems.
• Skilled in Figma (or similar tools) for creating, documenting, and maintaining component libraries.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-platform best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
• Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week now and in the future.
• Interest in converting to a full-time permanent role at the 6-month mark.
