Summary:
The SCS Physical Therapist provides specialized consultative services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) enrolled in the NC Innovations Waiver. The PT delivers person-centered consultation, evaluation, and training designed to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.
