Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join a dynamic team in Pittsburgh! Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of payroll experience, ADP Workforce Now expertise, and strong organizational skills. This company offers free parking and hybrid flexibility after training.

Responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly payroll for employees across the US, Canada, and the UK
  • Maintain accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws
  • Oversee time and attendance tracking and prepare regular payroll reports
  • Manage payroll documentation including tax withholdings, unemployment notices, and garnishments
  • Support month-end close with payroll-related journal entries and accruals
  • Assist employees with payroll, expense management, and corporate credit card program inquiries

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
