Position: Operations Specialist

Location: Murrysville, PA 15668 - Hybrid

The key focus for you as an Operations Specialist/HR Generalist is to support internal and external employees of a large, dynamic staffing solutions provider. Reporting into our leadership team, you will assist in driving best practice and strategies to support our clients and employees across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, Recruiting, and Operations teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
• Support the HR onboarding of external w2 employees to promote successful staffing engagements.
• Assist Operations with key tasks, including work/purchase order audits, payroll and time collection processes, invoicing, and other critical administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, service activities, and account updates within internal ATS/CRM systems.
• Employment sign-up and onboarding of large number of both short and long-term employees
• Initiate pre-employment checks/evaluations
• Track time and expenses weekly for payroll
• Employment verifications
• Complete audits per client’s request
• Assist with interoffice activities/projects as assigned
• Coordinate with other team members on payroll related activities including submission to 3rd party provider and issue management
• Receive payments and add remittances against invoices in QuickBooks Online
• Assigned tax related projects

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Office suite with emphasis on Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
• Prefer previous experience in a mid-size to large business/corporation as an intern or work experience
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Flexible schedule to meet demand of new hires and other operational activities
