MDS Coordinator- RN

Do you want to help seniors live the “Best Rest of Their Lives”? As a Marquis’ MDS Coordinator, you will play an integral part in the overall quality of care provided to our Residents.
As a  MDS Coordinator RN, your experienced nursing skills will be the coordination and completion of the MDS (Minimum Data set) assessments, which includes the comprehensive assessment to complete the required MDS, CAA (comprehensive Assessment) and the development of a resident centered care plan, in meeting quality of care and quality of life for our residents.

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 years experience working as an RN is preferred.
• RN with MDS experience preferred, but we will also provide with structured training!
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.
