Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Orange, CA for a Lead Delivery Driver. The Delivery Driver is a vital member of the Logistics team and is primarily responsible for day-to-day transportation of plumbing and appliances to jobsites. Their goal is to provide a best-in-class customer experience through safely and effectively delivering product and engaging with contractors and designers at the point of delivery. They will possess excellent communication skills and a bias towards proactivity. The delivery driver should seek to identify and solve issues and communicate with the appropriate parties in a timely manner. 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a driving/delivery role
• Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and clients
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job, including lifting, operating appliance dolly and pallet jack and unloading on jobsites.

Skills

• Ability to safely operate a 20ft box truck with a lift gate
• Safely load/unload plumbing and large appliances
• Go the "extra mile" when communicating and interacting with our customers. Act as a first line of communication between the jobsite and the logistics team.
