Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Job Architecture Consultant to support the design, mapping, and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework. This role is part of the broader Human Resources transformation initiative focused on creating consistent job structures, leveling, and career paths across the organization. The consultant will work closely with HR leadership, compensation teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals, internal equity, and external market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized job architecture framework across departments and functions
• Conduct job analysis and facilitate job mapping to families, functions, and levels
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to validate and align role definitions and responsibilities
• Support job leveling, titling conventions, and progression pathways
• Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
• Provide recommendations on organizational design and workforce planning
• Support change management and communication efforts related to job architecture rollout
• Prepare documentation and materials to enable HR and business adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, compensation, or job architecture design
• Strong knowledge of job evaluation methods, career framework development, and organizational design
• Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
