Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting & Analytics Intern to support our Marketing and Sales teams by generating insightful reports and analysis from our HubSpot CRM. This role is ideal for a student with an interest in marketing analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of comfort working with numbers, technical systems and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The primary functions of the role include generating weekly, monthly, quarterly marketing and sales reporting, documenting processes and providing senior leadership with findings to support business directives.

Must be located in the Northeast Ohio area to report 'in office' for work. Do not apply if located outside of this area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support ad hoc reporting requests.
• Collect, organize, and analyze sales and marketing performance data to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in maintaining data hygiene and consistency across records in the CRM.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue, lead generation, and campaign performance.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Support the Marketing team in evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Business Intelligence, to align data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis as needed to address specific business questions or opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the Northeast Ohio area to report 'in office' for work. Do not apply if located outside of this area.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or other CRM platforms preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Curious, self-motivated, and eager to turn data into actionable insights.

Core Skills & Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and charts.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and other CRM systems management for business, sales and marketing.
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, pipeline stages, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
