Insurance Services Representative

6 month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Location: Onsite-Scripps Ranch

Wage: $20-$25/hr depending on experience

Insurance Services Representative needed for a well established credit union. In this role you will need to provide member services support for the Insurance department.

• Duties:
• Provide top tier customer service to Members
• Answering incoming calls regarding insurance policies & coverage
• Assist with quote generation
• Data entry
• Electronic filing & data organizing
• Process BOR request
• Market new and existing insurance solutions
• Other duties as assigned

• Qualifications:1+ year of call center and administrative experience
• Active CA Property & Casualty license, experience working with multiple carriers in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Ability to pass a background check
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
