🚨 Now Hiring: HVAC Service & Installation Technicians (Residential & Light Commercial)
A well-established energy services organization (privately held, employee-centered) is expanding its HVAC team. If you're looking for stability, long-term growth, and a company that invests in its people — this could be the right fit.
What You’ll Do:
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Diagnose and repair issues involving:
– Oil, propane, and natural gas heating systems
– Central air conditioning & ductless mini-splits
• Install new HVAC systems and assist on replacement projects
• Conduct equipment testing and complete required service documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe company vehicle and customer worksite
• Be available periodically for overtime (occasional evenings/weekends)
We’re Looking For:
• Experience in HVAC service and/or installations (preferred — not required)
• Positive attitude and strong customer-focused communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bonus:
– EPA Certification
– Propane CETP Certification
