Job Title: Data Center Engineer 4

Location: Abilene, TX

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Data Center Engineer 4 to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of critical infrastructure systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to excellence and reliability in data center management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance and maintenance of all building systems to guarantee 100% uptime, including HVAC , electrical, and emergency backup systems.
• Monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, ensuring proper operation through regular readings and adjustments.
• Analyze system operations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols for hazardous materials and maintain a clean work environment.
• Manage work orders, vendor interactions, and customer tickets efficiently.
• Follow emergency escalation procedures and perform additional duties as needed.

Skills Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data center or critical facility environment.
• Proficiency with building systems, including UPS, generators, and switchgears.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and CMMS software.
• Experience with Corrigo and Universal EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Training in NFPA70E is preferred.
