Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to develop high-impact, executive-level presentations that communicate complex business strategies and performance metrics through compelling visual storytelling. The ideal candidate will transform strategic content into visually engaging narratives that align with the company’s brand identity and tone.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Storytelling: Create visually engaging PowerPoint/Keynote presentations that communicate key strategies and insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Content Transformation: Collaborate with executives, marketing, and strategy teams to translate complex or technical content into clear, visually driven messages.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure presentations adhere to brand guidelines. Design custom visuals—infographics, charts, icons, and motion graphics—to enhance storytelling.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and visualization techniques. Recommend creative ways to improve engagement and clarity.
• Project Management: Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously under tight timelines, maintaining a well-organized library of templates and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication , supported by a strong design portfolio .
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote , with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to support and present to executive-level stakeholders .
• Strong attention to detail , visual accuracy , and ability to simplify complex information into engaging visuals.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in technical writing for simplifying complex content.
• Experience in video editing or creating interactive/animated decks .
• Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques .
