Overview

Bulu operates a fast-paced fulfillment center supporting leading lifestyle and retail brands, and we’re looking for experienced, licensed Order Picker Operators to help us move product with precision and speed. In this role, you’ll operate Raymond and Crown order pickers in narrow aisles, stocking and retrieving cases at heights of up to 25 feet. You’ll work in a clean, modern, and fully air-conditioned warehouse, helping to ensure that inventory is in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Do

• Operate Raymond and Crown order picker forklifts to pick, stock, and move inventory.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet, following all safety protocols
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Scan and move cases using the warehouse management system (WMS) scanners
• Follow pick tickets or instructions to accurately fulfill internal and customer orders
• Help organize pallet locations and maintain clear aisles
• Support other warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, staging, or cycle counts

What We’re Looking For

• Valid forklift/order picker license required
• 1+ year experience operating stand-up order pickers (Raymond, Crown, or similar)
• Comfortable working at height (with fall protection equipment as needed)
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, racking systems, and WMS scanning
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a narrow aisle or high-density storage environment
• Familiarity with RF scanners and common inventory systems
• Willingness to train on other equipment (reach truck, pallet jack, etc.)

The starting wage for the Materials Handler / Forklift Operator is $18.00 per hour.

The working shift for the "Morning" position is 6:00am to 2:45pm.

The working shift for the "Day" position is 8:00am to 4:45pm.
