Facilities Manager

Etna, Ohio

Salary: Up to $125,000 + bonus + benefits

Join a high-performing distribution operation in Etna, Ohio as a Facilities Manager , overseeing over 3 million square feet of space with the opportunity to lead impactful projects and inspire a culture of productivity, safety, and pride.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across multiple large-scale buildings.
• Manage and develop a team of 20+ facilities professionals.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, policy development, and team growth.
• Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee maintenance operations including inspections, emergency response, and ongoing improvements.
• Ensure performance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, fire safety, landscaping, and more.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 50 hours per week (typically 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM )
• Additional hours may be required for project work or after-hours response .

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of facilities leadership experience (distribution/logistics preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge in systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Proven experience working with vendors, managing contractors, and using CMMS platforms.
• A hands-on, proactive mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
