Role Description

This part-time hybrid role as an Executive Assistant the applicant must be based in Texas, California, Tennessee, Oregon, Utah, or Colorado. This role involves key administrative and organizational tasks for the Services business unit. While the majority of work can be performed remotely, the incumbent will, at times, support executives on-site, only as needed. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating staff, handling expense reports, facilitating communication, overseeing small projects, and providing comprehensive executive and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance or similar
• Experience in Executive Support and providing high-level administrative support
• Strong Communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability in Administrative Assistance
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software, calendar management, and relevant administrative tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Prioritization must be second nature
