Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Create inspiring looks for catalog photo shoots based on styling direction, brand knowledge and trends to showcase seasonal focuses and buy investment
• Lead styling on e-commerce photoshoot sets
• Responsible for keeping merchandise organized, dressing models in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet daily and weekly goals
• Scan and decode product codes to review styling notes in preparation for catalog photoshoots
• Review View PO Images Prior to photo shoot to ensure proper dressing and styling
• Pre-style, organize, and prep all garments and accessories to ensure all items are photo ready
• Check in/out samples before and after photo shoots
• Submit any necessary pulls to ensure all necessary product is in-studio prior to photo shoot and prioritize high priorities
• Demonstrate proper techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damages
• Follow a seasonal styling guide provided by management to translate styling trends to e-commerce friendly looks
• Participate in evolving the styling point of view for REVOLVE.com
• Research and stay on top of current and emerging trends in fashion, retail, and accessories
• Obtain approval from leads on all looks for upcoming photo shoots to ensure styling is brand/site appropriate
• Care for all inventory and samples and notify team leads when merchandise is damaged or flawed
• Collaborate with Shoot Director and Photographer to manage time and pacing on set, focusing on efficiency and meeting daily goals and minimizing reshoots
• Continue to improve styling skills and think of ways to improve current processes
• Organize properly all clothing racks before passing them to the appropriate teams
• Review QCs and ensure all product is shot correctly and up to REVOLVE’s standards
• Assist in daily and weekly photoshoot planning and merchandise prioritization
• Prepare for monthly photo studio audits
• Work with styling team and maintain the styling closet log up to date

Minimum Qualifications:

• Understanding of the studio environment
• Prior experience with product styling, fashion styling, and/or merchandising
• Experience in retail or working in e-commerce
• Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Physically able to lift over 25 lbs
• Styling portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Photography, or other Visual Communications Arts
• Complete creative understanding of the FWRD and REVOLVE customer
• Proficient in Mac and PC computer systems

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $23 to $24/hr.
