Reports To: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns to help improve processes and services
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
