Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by managing various administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales team and clients. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for technology sales and a strong desire to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships through effective account management.
  • Receives and accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, releases, or returns
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum: 2+ years customer service in a business to business environment
  • Preferred: experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or paper converting
  • Proficient computer skills required in MSOffice, Microsoft Dynamics AX experience an asset
  • Tech Savvy
  • Excellent account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
