This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Johnston, IA. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, coordinate therapy and tutoring schedules, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of client care. The role involves optimizing processes, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative environment among staff and students.

• Experience in managing operations and staff
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance in a clinical or educational setting
• Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
• Ability to analyze and optimize processes for improved efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Experience in the education or healthcare field is a plus
