Job Description

LHH is seeking a Real Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure well-managed and profitable properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants; clarify lease terms and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including vendor coordination and supervision
  • Conduct regular inspections and submit detailed monthly reports
  • Prepare annual budgets, review financials, and report on variances
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property-related matters
  • Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquencies per company protocol

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial property management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently
