We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our day-to-day operations. This position involves managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling a variety of ad hoc tasks and errands. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working in an office‐setting is a plus, but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is necessary. Experience with other Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel, is also a plus.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
·Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
·Book travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
·Serve as a gofer: run errands, pick up or deliver items, handle administrative or personal tasks as needed
·Provide general administrative support including phone/email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
