Texas Traditions Roofing offers comprehensive Commercial and Residential roofing services and is the leading Central Texas commercial roofing contractor. Whether roof maintenance, repair, replacement, or new construction, Texas Traditions Roofing has a dedicated commercial division to handle all requirements. We are focused on a service based model where extending the life of the roof through maintenance, repairs and emergency services is first. We help our customers build plans to budget for future roof replacements as needed while maximizing the life of their existing in the meantime.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area as an Account Manager - Commercial Roofing. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the private sector you will work with individual businesses up to publicly traded companies and the facilities they own/manage. This role will be focused on the private sector of the roofing industry. You can expect to interact with facility managers or engineers all the way up to business owners or C-Suite executives.

Daily tasks include:

  • Client consultations.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Coordinating with the operations team.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Cold-calling and drop-ins.
  • Out-reach with existing clients and businesses.

Qualifications

  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Sales training or experience with Sandler Sales or Baseline Selling is a plus.
  • Skills in client account management, customer relationship management, and customer service.
  • Experience in project management and coordinating with operation teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and solutions.
  • Ability to be both independently driven and work in a team environment.
  • Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field is preferred
