Job Description

Don's Prepared Foods is the leading manufacturer on the East Coast of prepared gourmet deli salads, gourmet cream cheese spreads, dips, entrée’s and more.

Don's is a family-owned business and manufactures over 130 products spanning across its three brands Don's Salads, Melanie's Medleys and Artisan Deli. 

We are in the process of hiring a warehouse worker to join our team.

Start time 6:30am Monday-Friday. Must be flexible with start and end times due to production scheduling.

This position works in a refrigerated warehouse for the full 8 hour shift, temperature is about 34-36 degrees. 

Duties/ Responsibilities :

• Pack finished products into boxes.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Move product to inventory locations and rotate stock.
• Run robotic case palletizer.
• Pick/finalize shipping paperwork and ship customer orders. Have the ability to identify expiration dates/serial dates of products to be picked.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts.
• Adhere to food safety standards are sanitation guidelines. Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Forklift experience desired.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Must pass a pre-employment background and drug test.
