Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Must be commutable to New Castle, DE

Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 base salary + comprehensive additional benefits

Irving Knight are partnered with a leading manufacturer of consumer electrical goods seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team of 4 supervisors and support their expanding operations, reporting directly to their Site Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 50-60 employees with 4 Supervisors
• Oversee a warehouse which is 200,000 sq. ft and a production facility which is 30,000 sq. ft
• Oversee and manage all warehouse functions including production, shipping, inventory management, and receiving
• Manage and maintain warehouse machinery and heavy equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records, implement inventory control measures, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment ensuring adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Set clear goals, monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to exceed targets in order to drive operational excellence

Requirements:

• Warehouse management experience with a strong background in production, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Experienced developing and training high performing teams within an extremely fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment and machinery e.g. forklifts, conveyors, loaders, box erectors, hoppers, excavators, and loaders.
• Highly desirable certifications include but are not required- OSHA certification, Lean Six Sigma, and Equipment certifications
