Title: Warehouse Operations Assistant
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ ( Hybrid)
Duration: 2.5 years
Responsibilities:
This role will be to provide support for all Reporting, KPI Metrics, Forecasting, Invoicing and Back Order activities within our Forward Operations Distribution Network.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
Generate daily, weekly and monthly Warehouse Operations reports
Support the creation and distribution of KPI Metric Reports and other ad-hoc reporting necessary to ensure 3PL Warehouse locations are meeting contractual requirements
Align back order plan with pending inbound to determine available inventory
Plan Back Order Drop based on analysis of onhand inventory/expected inventory
Communicate drop plan with 3PL locations
Pull various reports from SAP to generate reporting
Partner with on-site DC managers daily and communicate back order drop plans, ad-hoc order drops and any other non-BAU changes in forecast
Manage 3PL order traps to ensure SKUs on hold are held as expected
Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when identified
Weekly responsibilities include but not limited to:
Forecast development
Ad-hoc reporting to analyze trends in order volumes/KPI metrics
Device Launch readiness and planning
MUST HAVE SKILLS
SAP
MS Office Suite
Google Sheet/Form
Should be attentive to detail, accurate in data reporting.
Enjoying working in fast paced environment

WMS Knowledge
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Supply Chain (preferred not required)
SAP Certified(preferred not required)
Must know SAP
