In transfer pricing at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing matters. In this field, you will help businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities, maintaining compliance with tax regulations and minimising the risk of disputes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful transfer pricing strategies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for managing functional analyzes interviews, performing market studies, and strategizing on local-country tax authority transfer pricing audits. The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
