We’re working with a client to hire an entry-level Outside Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, driven to succeed, and excited about helping homeowners protect their homes through trusted pest control solutions. No prior sales or pest control experience is required, we provide all the training and support you need.

What You’ll Do

• Visit residential prospects to provide inspections and sell pest control solutions
• Build rapport with customers and uncover their specific pest-related needs
• Develop a strong understanding of our service plans and products
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals with full support from leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Driven, competitive, and coachable personality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting customer sites
• Sales experience is a plus – but not required
