Job Description

Our client, a start-up company, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a 24/7 mentality, be detail oriented, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This assignment starts asap and will last for about 5 months.

Hours: 9am – 6pm

*Fully Onsite

Location: Flatiron

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage complex and high-volume calendars using Google Calendar
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Book reservations (restaurants, fitness or recreational bookings, etc.) as needed for both business and personal needs
  • Provide a mix of business and personal executive support
  • Communicate effectively via Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar) and Slack
  • Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining accuracy and composure

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and professional
  • Resourceful and proactive problem-solver with sound judgment
  • Able to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience supporting executives in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting preferred
