Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Study Coordinator role for a contract role with a client in Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite). We’re ideally looking for applicants with experience in User Research, Usability Testing and Quality Assurance.

Pay Range: $37-$40/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• 1+ years of proven experience in software user experience or QA testing for consumer products - unreleased iOS and macOS products, software, hardware, etc.
• Familiarity with iOS, watchOS, and macOS hardware
• Must be able to handle multiple time-constrained tasks to meet daily deadlines
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for quality and user experience
• Strong communicator with immediate team members and the study manager
• Ability to adjust and deliver in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
• Quick learner/Self-starter with an ability to distill complex matter
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of coding, e.g., Bash, Python
• Retail or other retail/hospitality customer experience
• Some education in Human Factors
