Job Description

Our client, a luxury womenswear label, is looking for a Store Manager to join their Miami, FL team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations - managing the day-to-day activities of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Staff Management - hiring, training, and supervising store staff, including scheduling and performance management
  • Customer Satisfaction - ensuring a positive customer experience through excellent service and addressing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Sales and Profitability - setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Inventory Management - maintaining optimal stock levels, managing inventory control, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Store Presentation - ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment/ preparing and managing store budgets, analyzing financial reports, and monitoring expenses
  • Marketing and Promotions - implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities to drive store traffic and sales
  • Policy and Compliance - ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
  • Data Analysis - monitoring and analyzing store performance metrics, such as sales data and customer behavior, to identify trends and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role in luxury retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the store team
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and promotional activities
  • Proficiency in inventory management techniques and stock control
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and make informed decisions
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage multiple tasks effectively
