Note: This role is contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform aseptic sterile compounding (USP <797> , <800>)
• Review batch records, documentation, and ensure full cGMP compliance
• Lead investigations into deviations and support quality improvement
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory compliance (FDA 503B, DEA, State Boards)
• Train and mentor cleanroom technicians on SOPs and aseptic technique
• Assist in the development and validation of new sterile products

Must-Have Qualifications

• Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• 1+ years of sterile compounding or IV certification experience
• Multiple state licenses (TX + others preferred or willing to obtain)
• Familiarity with cGMP, USP <797>/<800> , and FDA 503B regulations
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
