Location: Mountain View, California & San Francisco, California (In-Person / Hybrid Split)

Job Type: Full-Time (with structured 6-month intensive marketing & SEM rotation)

Salary: $60,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and academic performance)

About the Role

Trademarkia® and LegalForce RAPC Worldwide P.C. are seeking an exceptionally bright, highly motivated Statistics/Economics Analyst – Advertising, Marketing & AI (Pre-Law / Pre-MBA Track) a pre-law or pre-MBA career track , designed for candidates planning to attend law school or business school within ~2 years .

This role uniquely combines legal training with hands-on exposure to advertising law, AI-driven marketing, paid search (SEM), and conversion optimization —an ideal foundation for candidates interested in advertising law, marketing law, technology law, startups, or future general counsel / product leadership roles .

You will work directly with:

  • U.S. attorneys on litigation, IP, and regulatory issues
  • Marketing leadership and engineers managing large-scale paid advertising and AI-powered funnels

This is a fast-paced, apprenticeship-style role that provides real responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to how law, marketing, data, and AI intersect in a high-growth technology-enabled legal business.

Key ResponsibilitiesLegal & Regulatory Support (Training Provided)

  • Assist attorneys with drafting, editing, and preparing legal correspondence, contracts, pleadings, and internal compliance materials.
  • Support legal research related to advertising law, consumer protection, FTC regulations, IP, and marketing claims .
  • Help review marketing copy, landing pages, and campaigns for legal risk, trademark use, disclosures, and compliance (under attorney supervision).
  • Maintain legal files, monitor deadlines, and support docket and matter tracking.
  • Organize evidence, exhibits, and regulatory documentation (digital and physical).

Paid Search (SEM) & Landing Page Optimization

  • Support management of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns exceeding $40,000+ in monthly spend .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, trend discovery, and pattern analysis to identify scalable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build, test, and optimize landing pages .
  • Analyze ad and landing page performance (CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS) and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with A/B and multivariate testing of ads, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Learn how advertising decisions intersect with legal risk, trademark law, and consumer protection rules .

Conversion Funnel & Marketing Analytics

  • Track and map user journeys across text, email, paid search, and web channels .
  • Identify bottlenecks, drop-offs, and friction points in customer acquisition funnels.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, and internal dashboards to analyze behavior.
  • Prepare clear, structured reports for attorneys, engineers, and leadership connecting legal, marketing, and performance insights.

Office & Operations Support

  • Support daily operations at the Mountain View and San Francisco offices.
  • Assist with scheduling, meetings, document management, and internal coordination.
  • Ensure professional, organized, and efficient office workflows.
  • Serve as a bridge between legal, marketing, and engineering teams.

Professional Development & Training

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Political Science, Engineering, or related fields .
  • Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.7 or higher (required) .
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated interest in law school or MBA programs within ~2 years .
  • Willingness to work in person (Mountain View and San Francisco offices).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or experience in marketing, analytics, SEM, statistics, or economics .
  • Interest in advertising law, marketing law, IP, technology, or startups .
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, analytics tools, or A/B testing concepts.
