Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Outpatient
Bellevue, Washington
We’re seeking a licensed SLP (or CFY) who wants to:
· Make a meaningful impact in a child-focused environment.
· Be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
· Advance their skills with paid CEU support and leadership opportunities.
You became an SLP to change lives, connect with kids, empower families, and do work that truly matters—not to get lost in paperwork. Our clinic model is designed to preserve that purpose:
· Caseloads that prioritize quality over quantity.
· Real-time mentorship and guidance—not “figure it out on your own.”
· Opportunities to specialize in areas such as AAC, feeding, social groups, and more.
· Clinical autonomy with structured collaboration.
Your Role:
· Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and feeding/swallowing disorders
· Work with children with Autism (ASD), ADHD, language-based learning disorders, AAC users, motor speech disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, and developmental delays
· Complete documentation in a timely manner (SOAP notes, progress notes, initial and re-evaluations)
· Implement evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming treatment techniques
· Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, BCBAs, psychologists, and other team members for a whole-child approach
· Provide parent and family education
· Deliver culturally responsive care to a diverse population
· Engage in mentorship opportunities in areas of interest, including feeding/swallowing, social skills groups, and aquatics therapy
Education and Experience required:
· Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
· Current Washington State SLP License or interim permit (CFs welcome)
· 1–3 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Benefits:
· Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Premera HSA or PPO)
· Supplemental Insurance options (life, accident, disability, cancer, etc.)
· Paid Time Off
· 401(k) Retirement Plan
· Continuing Education Reimbursement
· Multiple state-of-the-art sensory-motor gyms
· Company-sponsored staff events (laser tag, trivia, summer picnic, etc.)
· Onsite supervisors and mentorship
· Weekly department roundtables
· Dedicated scheduling and billing support
· Bonus opportunities available
· Employee Assistance Program (mental health, physical health, financial planning, and more)
